Negotiating with lenders for settlement
Providing guidance on legal and financial aspects of debt resolution
Assisting in documentation for settlement agreements

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must disclose all relevant financial details, including pending loans and legal proceedings.
The client must not directly negotiate with lenders after engaging our services.
The client must pay agreed service fees as per the terms mentioned in the agreement.

4. Fees and Payments

Karjamukti charges service fees based on the complexity of the case.
All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
Failure to pay fees may result in the termination of services.
Book expert call is not a professional fee, it is just a consulting fee.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Karjamukti maintains the confidentiality of client data and will not share personal details without consent, except as required by law.
Clients must also maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the settlement process.

6.Limitation of Liability

Karjamukti is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lender decisions, legal complications, or any misrepresentation of financial data by the client.
We do not offer legal representation in court proceedings.
The Company provides advisory and negotiation support to borrowers facing financial distress We do not guarantee any particular outcome, waiver, discount, or settlement.
You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, or services purchases or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Website or otherwise; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or confidential information; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Products; (v) or (v) any other matter relating to the Products.

Clients can discontinue services by providing written notice; however, service fees already paid are non-refundable.

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration as per Indian laws.
